The practice area of Real Estate and Construction Law provides advisory services to companies and private clients in all transactions on all types of real property: lots and rural land, offices and business premises, dwellings, industrial buildings, residential, commercial, tourist, cultural, sports or hotel complexes, etc.

We furthermore specialise in advisory services for the acquisition of rural land for construction, performing a due diligence on the possibilities of building single-family dwellings, in consideration of the urban planning rating of each rural parcel, building capacity of the plots, need for grouping, all depending upon the most specific urban planning legislation regulated by each City Council.

Our advisory services span the entire process necessary for the complete development of any real estate activity, from registration analysis, urban and administrative planning of the properties, through the drafting of all types of preparatory agreements (earnest money, purchase options, promises, etc.) or agreements in confirmation of the transactions, including the supervision of their legalisation; and all in compliance with the administrative and sectoral legislation that regulates them in each case. For each scenario we design the legal framework that best adapts to each type of transaction: sale and purchase, lease, surface rights, administrative concessions, sale & lease back, development management, real estate leasing, construction and project management, drafting and site management agreements, as well as project implementation agreements, etc.

We provide specialised legal assistance in legal review processes (due diligence) for the transfer of companies with real estate assets, for insolvency proceedings, asset recovery from financial institutions, debt re-financing, etc. We are also experts in rights in rem, horizontal property and rentals. We provide foreign investors with advisory services, both private clients and legal entities, on all types of real estate transactions for the investment objective sought and for their use in tourism in particular.
