Commercial

The Commercial Law department, closely tied to litigation and arbitration, in addition to normal corporate counsel which is by definition out-of-court, covers all types of complaints and claims on corporate issues such as those for liability, insolvency proceedings, those deriving from corporate restructuring, arrears, banking and finance and shares and banking legislation, among others.

The Commercial Law Department provides advisory services in all Commercial Law sub-specialties, from a business perspective (corporate, commercial contracting and corporate governance) as well as transactional advisory services (mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities market, corporate restructurings).
