The firm has a Criminal Law area that, both as an accusation and as a defense, represents comprehensive advice to its clients within the scope of said jurisdiction.

Likewise, this area includes advice on crime prevention (Criminal Compliance). This advice consists of the implementation or review of the Crime Prevention Model, counting on a rigorous and non-intrusive working method in the ordinary development of business activity in order to design and implement prevention plans in charge of a team multidisciplinary (criminal, commercial, labor and tax).
